Three closing options — choose the appropriate one based on remaining time. All aim for one thing: connecting what you learned today to your own reality.
Write your job title, add the main tasks you perform (3-5 tasks), then determine for each task: is it a threat or an opportunity? In the last box — one skill you want to develop. 10 minutes for individual work, then 10 minutes for group sharing.
Write 3 prompts from your actual work — tasks you do manually and want to test on Copilot tomorrow. Choose the appropriate framework for each prompt. Then exchange prompts with a colleague and give them a rating.
After exchanging prompts with your colleague — rate them with stars for each prompt based on: Is the goal clear? Is the context sufficient?
After the round ends — questions that can be answered now are highlighted, and the rest are saved for the fifth day.
Tomorrow is Day Five — hands-on practice on Microsoft Copilot 365. Think of a real task from your work that you would like to try on Copilot and bring whatever you need with you.
